Title Exception Documents definition

Title Exception Documents shall have the meaning given to this term in Section 2.4(a) hereof.
Title Exception Documents has the meaning given to it in Section 6.11(a)(i)(B).
Title Exception Documents means the Refinery Title Exception Documents and the Terminals Title Exception Documents.

  • Any and all other documents which are reasonably required by Master Tenant based on its review of the Title Exception Documents, Title Commitment and Survey, or from an inspection of the Premises or otherwise reasonably required by Master Tenant.

  • In lieu of terminating this Contract, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller in writing any objections that Purchaser may have to the Title Commitments, Title Exception Documents and the Surveys (the "Title and Survey Objections").

  • Within fifteen (15) days following Purchaser's receipt of all of the Title Commitments, the Title Exception Documents and the Surveys specified in Sections 5(a) and (b) above, Purchaser shall have the right to review the Title Commitments, the Title Exception Documents and the Surveys.

  • Any title encumbrances or exceptions which are set forth in the Title Commitment, the Title Exception Documents or the Survey (or the Existing Survey) and to which Purchaser does not object on or prior to the last day of the Title Review Period (or which are thereafter waived or deemed to be waived by Purchaser) shall be deemed to be permitted exceptions (collectively, the “Permitted Exceptions”) to the status of Seller’s title to the Property.

  • If Purchaser has any objections to the Title Commitments, the Title Exception Documents and the Surveys, Purchaser may elect to terminate this Contract by delivering written notice to Seller within such 15-day period, together with its reasons for terminating, in which event the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money shall be returned to Purchaser and Seller and Purchaser shall be relieved from any further obligations hereunder, save and except for those which expressly survive the termination of this Contract.

  • As to each of the Refinery Real Property and each of the Marketing Sites, MPC shall deliver, or cause the Title Company and any surveyor to deliver, to NTI the relevant Title Commitment, Title Exception Documents, and Survey (collectively, the “Title and Survey Documents”) as soon as reasonably practicable and promptly after the Title and Survey Documents has been prepared.

Related to Title Exception Documents

  • Exception Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted with respect to the grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.
