Any security agreement, chattel mortgage or equivalent document related to and delivered in connection with the Mortgage Loan establishes and creates a valid and enforceable lien on property described therein subject to the Permitted Encumbrances and Title Exceptions, except as such enforcement may be limited by Standard Qualifications, subject to the limitations described in paragraph 11 below.
