Token Delivery definition

Token Delivery has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.2.
Token Delivery means the Issuer’s first delivery of Tokens to persons other than persons for the sole purpose of testing the Network.

Examples of Token Delivery in a sentence

  • The Investor represents and warrants the following to the Company and its affiliates as of the date of this SAFT and as of the Token Delivery Date.

  • Calling Number Delivery means a feature that enables an End User to view the directory number of the calling party on a display unit.
