Token Issuer definition

Token Issuer shall have the meaning given to it in the opening paragraph of this document.
Token Issuer means a company that by way of business operates as issuer of initial offering;
Token Issuer means the legal entity that makes available, an investment opportunity in respect of a Token, as part of the Services; and

  • In the event a Lock-Up Schedule Agreement is entered into by and between Anchorage and Token Issuer, Client acknowledges and agrees that Anchorage will act in accordance with the terms of the applicable Lock-Up Schedule Agreement, which may require Anchorage to impose restrictions on Client’s ability to withdraw, transfer, or transact with such Restricted Assets.

  • No later than three (3) business days prior to the termination date, Client and Token Issuer shall provide written notice to Anchorage at l▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ of an account or wallet address(es) mutually agreed upon by Client and Token Issuer to which Restricted Assets subject to the Lock-Up Schedule as of the termination date shall be transferred, and Client agrees to work with Token Issuer in good faith to do so.

  • No later than three (3) business days prior to the termination date of this Agreement, Client shall provide written notice to Anchorage at l▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ of an address or addresses mutually agreed upon by Client and Token Issuer to which Restricted Assets subject to the Lock-Up Schedule as of the termination date of this agreement shall be transferred.


More Definitions of Token Issuer

Token Issuer means any company, protocol, validator, or other entity that has issued Restricted Assets to Client.
