It is not a breach of this clause for the Player’s Image to be associated with other apparel of the Tools of Trade Sponsor, provided such association is incidental to or part of the promotion of the footwear and/or gloves.
Tools of Trade means Player’s footwear (including boots and running shoes), gloves, sports bras, hair ties/clips and protective headwear (for example, helmets), but excludes fashion scrunchies and hats.
