Top Vendor definition
Top Vendor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.22(c).

More Definitions of Top Vendor
Top Vendor means a top ten (10) supplier of products or services to the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, based on expenditures during the six (6) months ended January 31, 2018.
