Tower Element definition

Tower Element means any building element that takes the form of an additional storey over and above the height limits that is permitted in certain precincts and is limited to:
Tower Element means the portion of the building above 8 storeys.
Tower Element means the portion of a building above the first 3 storeys from grade at the north façade (front).

More Definitions of Tower Element

Tower Element. - means the portion(s) of the building located above the podium.
Tower Element means that portion of a mixed-use building, above the podium, permitted within the areas delineated by heavy lines and identified as either the "WEST BLOCK TOWER" or the "EAST BLOCK TOWER", respectively, on Maps 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E and 3F attached hereto;
Tower Element means that portion of a building which has a height greater than the width of the right-of-way of the street abutting the Front Lot Line; and
Tower Element means the portion of the building above 3 storeys at the north façade (front), and above 4 storeys at the south façade (rear).
