Trading Days definition

Trading Days means any days during the course of which the principal securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted to trading is open for the exchange of securities.
Trading Days means any day on which the primary market on which shares of Common Stock are listed is open for trading.
Trading Days means days on which the primary trading market for REIT Shares, if any, is open for trading.
