Trainee Licence definition

Trainee Licence means a licence granted by the DVSA when an NDI acquired a PDI Franchise;
Trainee Licence means the details of the Terms and Conditions, all of the technical information, managerial information, marketing information, and sales, promotional and proprietary information relating to the Franchised Business including, but not limited to, any and all information relating to the Trade Marks, Intellectual Property, and the products and services of the Franchised Business; means the date of execution of this Agreement. means the accounting period between 1st April and 31st March of each calendar year; means the business of Surepass Ltd as described in Schedule 1 hereto and which is to be franchised under these Terms and Conditions; means the Manual, the System, the Trade Marks,, distinctive marks, symbols, logos, trade colour, trade dress, trade names, copyright protected material and goodwill belonging to Surepass Ltd and provided to the Driving instructor to be used by the Driving instructor in the operation of the Franchised Business including those particularised in Schedule 2. means the license given by Surepass Ltd to the Driving Instructor under these Terms and Conditions for the use of the Franchisor’s Trade Marks, the System and the Intellectual Property; means the manual containing all of the rules, regulations and guidance notes to be followed by the Driving instructor in the operation of the Franchised Business, to be provided by Surepass Ltd to the Franchisee along with any additions, alterations or modifications made to from time to time; means all products or services sold or performed by or for the Driving Instructor, through the Franchised Business including, but not limited to, the products and/or services listed in The Franchise Agreement hereto; means the home address on the Franchise Agreement used by the Driving Instructor to conduct the Franchised Business, or as varied in accordance with Clause 3; means the distinctive and proprietary system, as more specifically described in the Manual, of operating and managing the franchises granted by Surepass Ltd. means the geographical area within a 15 mile radius of the site and not exclusively purchased by other persons under the rights of their respective Agreement. means the provisional licence issued by The Driving Standards Agency for the purposes of teaching practice.

Examples of Trainee Licence in a sentence

  • This is completely optional after you have completed the Part 3 training (the minimum of 40 hours Part 3 training need to be received within 6 months of when you are looking to start upon the licence.) If you do take on a Trainee Licence with ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Driving School, we will provide you with the mandatory 20 hours of additional training required.

  • The INSTRUCTOR understands this is a legal requirement to adhere to the Rules of Use of a Trainee Licence.

  • In addition to the Agreement above, The INSTRUCTOR’s attention is specifically drawn to the fact that whilst THE DRIVING SCHOOL shall provide training and support so as to ensure compliance with the DVSA requirements for the Trainee Licence, it remains the INSTRUCTOR’s ultimate responsibility to ensure they comply with the DVSA requirements for the Trainee Licence.

  • The INSTRUCTOR understands this forms part of their legal requirement to adhere to the Rules of Use of a Trainee Licence.

  • The INSTRUCTOR understands attendance to at least 6 of these PDI Surgeries in the first 12 week period forms part of their legal requirement to adhere to the Rules of Use of a Trainee Licence.

  • Once all of the necessary paperwork has been received, We submit an ADI3L Trainee Licence Agreement to the DVSA on Your behalf.

  • Upon completing your training, we would like to offer you the option of a Trainee Licence with ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Drivi ng School.

  • The Part 3 training must have taken place within the six months prior to Your application to the DVSA for a Trainee Licence.

  • The DVSA will then send a Trainee Licence to You and You need to send a copy to Us.

Related to Trainee Licence

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • the Licence means the Instrument of Appointment by the Secretary of State for the Environment of Severn Trent Water Limited as a Water and Sewerage Undertaker under the Water Act 1989;
