Examples of Trait Categories in a sentence

  • It is understood and agreed that, subject to its obligation to conduct research pursuant to (P)2.6B, MAXYGEN may conduct research on its own behalf and with third parties with respect to any gene and/or Plant, except with regard to the Exclusive Trait Areas for which PIONEER retains exclusivity, including without limitation, research with respect to the Trait Categories and PIONEER Crops subject to (P)2.6B.
