Tranche C Note definition
Tranche C Note means a promissory note in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-3, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Tranche C Note means a promissory note evidencing Tranche C Loans, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Tranche C Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A-3, evidencing the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche C Loans by the Lender to the Borrower.
Examples of Tranche C Note in a sentence
Each Lender shall issue to Borrower, and Borrower shall execute and deliver to each Lender to evidence such Lender’s Term Loan, (i) on the Tranche A Closing Date, a Tranche A Note, (ii) on the Tranche B Closing Date, a Tranche B Note and (iii) on the Tranche C Closing Date, a Tranche C Note.
More Definitions of Tranche C Note
Tranche C Note means a promissory note made by Ultimate Holdings, as issuer, in favor of a Tranche C Lender evidencing Tranche C Loans made by such Tranche C Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Tranche C Note shall have the meaning given such term in Paragraph 7(c) above.
Tranche C Note means the amended and restated promissory note provided for Lender’s Tranche C Advance and any promissory note delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, in each case as the same shall be modified, supplemented, amended or restated and in effect from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
