Compelling evidence is any evidence available to prove that your customer received the goods or services, or otherwise benefited from the transaction and must include: • Date of delivery and the “delivered” status • An address for the recipient that matches the shipping address on the Transaction Details Page.
The recipient's (Paying User) address which must be the same as in the shipping address section on the "Transaction Details Page" and must contain at least the city & state, or city & country, or zip/postal code (or international equivalent).
