In conducting any electronic transaction that is subject to the Electronic Transactions Rule on behalf of any Plan, Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable requirements of the Electronic Transactions Rule set forth in 45 C.F.R. Part 162.
Contractor agrees to require that any Agent, including a subcontractor, of Contractor that conducts standard transactions with Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information of the Plan comply with all applicable requirements of the Electronic Transactions Rule.
