The Transition Coordinators shall meet at least monthly in person and shall meet together quarterly with the Chief Executive Officers of Parent and the Company.

The Service Provider and the Service Recipient shall advise each other promptly (in any case within no more than three (3) Business Days) in writing of any change in their respective Transition Coordinators, setting forth the name of the replacement, and stating that the replacement Transition Coordinator is authorized to act for such Party in accordance with this Section2.5(c).
