Transporting Pipeline definition

Transporting Pipeline means any third party pipeline system on which Transporter holds firm transportation rights and which it has authorization to treat as an extension of Transporter's system for the purpose of providing transportation service. (The only pipeline that currently meets this definition is Southern Natural Gas Company.)

Transporting Pipeline or “Interconnecting Pipeline” means any interstate or intrastate pipeline delivering transportation Gas to the Primary Receipt Points(s) or taking Gas from the Primary Delivery Points(s) or Secondary Delivery Point(s). Examples of Transporting Pipeline in a sentence

  • The specifications of the Gas from time‑to‑time delivered by Customer at the Receipt Point(s) and redelivered by Operator at the Delivery Point(s) shall comply with the minimum standards then specified in the transportation tariff of any Transporting Pipeline through which the Gas is to be transported.

  • Modification of the Nomination Procedures set forth in this Article 9 (Nominations) shall be made from time to time so that they shall comply with or take full commercial advantage of newly enacted regulatory requirements or then prevailing Transporting Pipeline standards, as contemplated by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • In the event the Transporting Pipeline will not accept delivery of the gas and neither Buyer nor Seller elects to treat the gas, then such gas shall be released from this Agreement.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Buyer will arrange for delivery of Product at the Delivery Points and redelivery of Products at the Receipt Points at minimum and maximum pressures consistent with the historical operating practices at the Storage Facilities but in no event shall such pressure exceed the maximum operating pressure for the Transporting Pipeline.
