Triggering Event Notice Date definition

Triggering Event Notice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(c)(iii).
Triggering Event Notice Date means the date on which a Triggering Event Notice is delivered to the TPS Partners.

Examples of Triggering Event Notice Date in a sentence

  • There shall not have been any Triggering Event Notice Date within the twenty (20) business day period immediately prior to the Closing Date or Parent shall have waived its right to terminate this Agreement in response to a Triggering Event pursuant to Section 6.01(c)(ii).

  • Triggering Event II means the date on which the Common Share Price is greater than $15.50 after the Closing Date, but within the Earn Out Period.
