Promptly after the end of each calendar month, ADMINISTRATOR shall furnish COMMONWEALTH a detailed, itemized report listing (a) Variances due to ADMINISTRATOR errors (each, a "Type A Variance") and (b) Variances that are not due to ADMINISTRATOR errors (each, a "Type B Variance"); provided that ADMINISTRATOR shall promptly notify COMMONWEALTH of any Variance from any discrepancy or other error that results in a net gain or net loss in excess of $5,000, whether a Type A Variance or a Type B Variance.
