Unauthorized Overrun means a quantity of Gas in excess of Shipper’s applicable MDIQ or MDWQ that Transporter does not agree, pursuant to Section 14, to schedule on any Day. Unauthorized Overrun Quantities will be subject to the charge stated in the Statement of Currently Effective Rates contained in this Tariff.
