UNIT COMPLETION DATE definition

UNIT COMPLETION DATE means the date which, with respect to a Unit, is nine (9) Calendar Months after the date such Unit first becomes Eligible Collateral or such later date (not later than the expiration of the applicable Unit Term) as may be appropriate by reason of a Force Majeure Event.

UNIT COMPLETION DATE means the day upon which HOPEWELL certifies that a Unit, capable of operating in accordance with the Operating Parameters, has successfully completed its testing, or would have had had NAPOCOR performed its obligations hereunder relating to access (Articles 2.4, 2.5, 3.6) fuel and start-up electricity and the taking of electricity (Articles 2.9, 2.10, 4.4, 6.1 and 6.7) and transmission line (Articles 2.9, 3.6, 13) in a timely manner.

UNIT COMPLETION DATE means, in relation to a Unit, the day upon which CEPA certifies that such Unit, capable of operating in accordance with the Operation Parameters, has successfully completed its testing in accordance with Article 4 or would have had had NPC performed its obligations under this Agreement relating to the Site, the Ash Disposal Sites, the Access Road and the Pipelines, Fuel and electricity for testing and commissioning and start-up of the Power Station and the taking of electricity and the Transmission Line in a timely manner;

UNIT COMPLETION DATE means the date on which any Unit is Shipped.

UNIT COMPLETION DATE. With respect to the Headquarters Unit, December -------------------- 31, 1998 and with respect to any other Unit, such date as shall be agreed to in writing between Owner and Agent (i) in the case of a Redwood Unit, as a condition to the Construction Advance for such Unit (which date shall not, in any event, be later than December 31, 2011), and (ii) in the case of any other Unit, as a condition to the Initial Advance for such Unit.

UNIT COMPLETION DATE. With respect to each Unit subject hereto (other than the Unit Premises located at Seville, Ohio and Laredo, Texas), twenty-four (24) months from the date of this Agreement and, with respect to the Unit Premises located at Seville, Ohio and Laredo, Texas (or any two Unit Premises substituted (by Agent in Agent's sole discretion) for the Unit Premises located at Seville, Ohio and Laredo, Texas), thirty (30) months from the date of this Agreement, unless such Unit Completion Date is extended by any Force Majeure Delay. The right of substitution set forth in the preceding sentence may be exercised by Agent more than once, in each case upon written notice to Owner prior to the expiration of such twenty-four (24) month period. UNIT FF&E: The specific items, if any, from the FF&E Specifications which are installed or (if such FF&E Specifications have been acquired by Owner for installation) to be installed in a particular Unit Improvement and for which advances are made by Owner hereunder.

UNIT COMPLETION DATE. With respect to the North Shoreline Unit, thirty (30) months from the date on which the Initial Advance is made by Owner to Agent pursuant to Section 4 hereof and with respect to any other Unit, such period as is agreed to in writing between Agent and Owner.

UNIT COMPLETION DATE. With respect to the Ammonia Project, May 15, 1998, unless an extension of the Unit Completion Date shall be agreed to in writing among Agent, Owner and any Assignee, and with respect to any other Unit, as agreed to in writing among Agent, Owner and any Assignee.
