Unit Factor definition

Unit Factor means the unit factor for each Unit as more particularly specified or apportioned and described in and set forth on the Condominium Plan.

  • Annuity Unit Factor - A factor that neutralizes the Assumed Investment Return (“AIR”) when determining the Annuity Unit Value.

  • It will be determined by multiplying: a) the value of the Annuity Unit for that Sub-Account as of the preceding Valuation Day by; b) the Net Investment Factor for that Sub-Account for the Valuation Day for which the Annuity Unit value is being calculated; and by c) the Annuity Unit Factor.

Unit Factor means the unit entitlement of a unit plan and indicated the share of an owner in the common property, common facilities and other assets of the Association and is the figure which determines the owner’s contribution to the common expenses of the Association and may be determined in accordance with the by-laws of the Association using such variables as the size of the unit, location of the unit and the view which the unit commands.
