  • Contemporaneously with the payment required by paragraph (b) of Section 5 hereof, the Lessor shall execute the acceptance of such Unit Leasing Record and promptly return one copy of such Unit Leasing Record to the Lessee.

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Lessee or a Permitted Sublessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Lessee or a Permitted Sublessee, provided that Lessee's obligations under this Lease shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.

  • Voting Record Time means the time and date to be specified as the voting record time for the Scheme Meeting (or any adjournment thereof) in the Scheme Document.

  • Timber owner means any person having all or any part of the legal interest in timber. Where such timber is subject to a contract of sale, "timber owner" shall mean the contract purchaser.
