Unit Occupant definition

Unit Occupant or “Unit Occupants” means either singularly or collectively, as required by the context, any Unit Owner (whether or not a resident of a Unit) and:

  • Section 5.1 shall not be construed to prohibit any Living Unit Occupant from maintaining a personal or professional library, from keeping his personal, business, or professional records in his Living Unit, or from handling his personal, business, or professional telephone calls, written correspondence, or other communications in and from his Living Unit.

  • In the event that Occupant loses or misplaces any/all keys to operate Occupant’s lock placed on Occupant’s storage Unit, Occupant agrees that any/all locks can only be removed by Owner or by a duly licensed and bonded locksmith, licensed to operate in California.

  • In addition, while one or more exceptions may be made as aforesaid, any such animal must be kept under reasonable control and not cause any undue disturbance or annoyance to any other Unit Occupant.

  • Neither party shall have any liability to the other as a result of such termination, but any such termination shall be without prejudice to any rights, which may have arisen prior to termination.

  • Beneficiary may pay and expend such sums of money as Beneficiary in its sole discretion deems necessary to prevent or cure any default by Trustor or a Unit Occupant, and Trustor hereby agrees to pay to Beneficiary, immediately and without demand, all such sums so paid and expended by Beneficiary, together with interest thereon from the date of each such payment at the rate (the "Demand Rate") of two percent (2%) in excess of the then current rate of interest under the Debt Instrument.

  • In consideration for the use and occupancy of the Unit, Occupant agrees to pay to Owner the sum of [MONTHLY PAYMENT IN WORDS] DOLLARS ($###.##) per month during the term hereof.

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.

  • Transient occupancy means occupancy in transient lodging that has all of the following

  • Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.

  • Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.

  • Permitted Occupier means if used in the Agreement, any person who is licensed or permitted by the Landlord to reside at the Property together with the Tenant and who does so as a rent free licensee of the Tenant.
