Unit of Issue and “Quantity per unit of Issue” shall conform and be consistent with GSAAdvantage authorized codes which is the two character alphabetic code. Related to Unit of Issue

  • Date of Issue means the date on which the Issuing Bank issues a Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 2.15.

  • Cost of Issuance Fund means the Cost of Issuance Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.
