Unit Operations definition

Unit Operations means carrying out of various manual, mechanical or combination of both or performing a particular activity or part of activity at any time during the day or night for and on behalf of the PSC under the Contract Agreement.
Unit Operations means a unit consisting of a portion of a lease, a lease, or more than one lease or portions thereof which covers contiguous lands containing one or more common sources of supply which has been approved by Commission order as a unit for the purpose of unitized management, after notice and hearing.
Unit Operations means all operations conducted under this Agreement in accordance with a Unit plan of operations.

  • The Unit Operations shall be carried out in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the decisions of the Management Committee, the conditions specified in the Production Licences, applicable law and other resolutions made by the authorities.

Unit Operations means all activities carried out under the provisions of the Agreement for all Parties jointly.
