Unit Options definition

Unit Options means options to purchase Common Shares and Series A Shares issued to holders of common share purchase options of First West pursuant to the Arrangement, with each Unit Option having given rise to the holder thereof being issued (i) one Common Share Option exercisable for 0.154 of a Common Share, and (ii) one Series A Share Option exercisable for 0.077 of a Series A Share, with any fractional interest (in each case) being rounded down to the nearest whole number of securities upon exercise.
Unit Options means options to purchase Units issued pursuant to the Key Employee Unit Option Plan; and
Unit Options means options for the purchase of Units under the Unit Option Plan;

  • Any of your Unit Options that are not Surrendered within that period will be forfeited.

  • The Global Affiliate and you agree and acknowledge that, to the extent consistent with applicable law, neither the Unit Options, this Agreement, the Plan nor any rights, obligations, terms and conditions set forth therein or in connection therewith, constitute securities, negotiable instruments, or derivatives instruments or transactions.

  • Options granted in the form of Incentive Unit Options (including any UAR in tandem therewith) shall, in addition to being subject to the terms and conditions of Section 7.2, comply with Section 422(b) of the Code.

  • Accordingly, no Incentive Unit Options shall be granted later than ten years from the date of adoption of the Plan by the Board.

  • To the extent that the aggregate Fair Market Value (determined at the time the respective Incentive Unit Option is granted) of Units with respect to which Incentive Unit Options are exercisable for the first time by an individual during any calendar year under all incentive unit option plans of EnLink Midstream and its Affiliates exceeds $100,000, such excess Incentive Unit Options shall be treated as Nonqualified Unit Options.

  • You will not be credited with additional Unit Options on account of any dividend paid on Shares.


More Definitions of Unit Options

Unit Options means the options that are outstanding to purchase Units.

Related to Unit Options

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Share Appreciation Right means the right pursuant to an Award granted under Section 8 below to receive an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Fair Market Value, as of the date such Award or portion thereof is surrendered, of the Shares covered by such Award or such portion thereof, over (ii) the aggregate Exercise Price of such Award or such portion thereof.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).
