Examples of Unit Transaction in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the following shall not be Adjustment Events: (x) the issuance of Partnership Units in a financing, reorganization, acquisition or other similar business Class A Unit Transaction, (y) the issuance of Partnership Units pursuant to any employee benefit or compensation plan or distribution reinvestment plan or (z) the issuance of any Partnership Units to the General Partner or the Parent in respect of a capital contribution to the Partnership.

  • Bundled transaction means the purchase of 2 or more distinct and identifiable products, except real property and services to real property, where the products are sold for a single nonitemized price. A bundled transaction does not include the sale of any products in which the sales price varies, or is negotiable, based on the selection by the purchaser of the products included in the transaction. As used in this subdivision:

  • Sale Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • M&A Transaction means any acquisition, directly or indirectly, by a Project Holdco, whether by purchase, merger or otherwise, of all or substantially all of the assets of, all or a portion of the Equity Interests of, or a business line or unit or a division of, any Person.

  • Principal Transaction means any transaction between the Sponsor, the Manager or any of their respective Affiliates, on the one hand, and the Company or one of its Subsidiaries, on the other hand.

  • Credit transaction means any transaction by the terms of which the repayment of money loaned or loan commitment made, or payment for goods, services, or properties sold or leased, is to be made at a future date or dates.
