  • I, individually, and on behalf of my heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the University and its Representatives (in their official and individual capacities) from any and all liability, loss, damage, or expense, including attorneys fees, which arise out of, occur during, or are in any way connected with my participation in the Program or any travel incident thereto.

Related to University and its Representatives

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Medical information means any individually identifiable information, in electronic or physical form, in possession of or derived from a provider of health care, health care service plan, pharmaceutical company, or contractor regarding a patient's medical history, mental or physical condition, or treatment and shall have the meaning given to such term under California Civil Code § 56.05.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Buyer Representatives means the Buyer's accountants, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors and other authorized representatives.
