University Recipient definition

University Recipient means the University Member or members designated in a Policy Instrument to receive a Complaint and/or to whom Issues are reported.

For the purposes of these Procedures the University Recipient will be one of the following, depending on the context of the concern and/or incident:

Examples of University Recipient in a sentence

  • If Recipient ceases to do business or otherwise terminates its relationship with University, Recipient agrees to promptly return or destroy all information contained in the Limited Data Set received from University in a timely manner.

  • At request of University, Recipient will discontinue to use and return or destroy any remaining Material, Unmodified Derivatives and Progeny.

  • Upon written permission from University, Recipient may distribute Modifications that incorporate Material for commercial use.

  • If Recipient ceases to do business or otherwise terminates its relationship with University, Recipient agrees to promptly return or dispose of all information contained in the Limited Dataset received from University in a timely manner.

  • At the end of such period and at the request of the University, Recipient will return or destroy all copies of the Information, except that Recipient may provide a sealed copy of the Information to its legal counsel for archival purpose.

  • Recipient and BU are hereafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.” This Boston University Recipient Transfer Agreement is effective as of the date of the last signature by a Party below (“Effective Date”).

  • At the request of the University, Recipient shall provide its courier name and account number to University in advance of distribution of Material.

  • Upon receipt of an invoice issued by the President of University, Recipient shall pay the consideration as set forth in Section 2.02 by the due date specified in the invoice.

Related to University Recipient

  • University Records means records or record systems that Proposer (1) creates, (2) receives from or on behalf of University, or (3) has access, and which may contain confidential information (including credit card information, social security numbers, and private health information (PHI) subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (Public Law 104-191), or education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

  • Sub-Recipient means a partner, joint venturer, director, employee, agent and subcontractors of a Recipient to whom a Recipient must disclose Confidential Information.

  • University means the university of Montana-Missoula.

  • Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.

  • Lilly has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
