Unsatisfactory Professional Performance definition

Unsatisfactory Professional Performance means the knowledge, skill or judgment possessed, or care exercised by, the Contractor in the provision of the Medical Services is below the standard reasonably expected of a Medical Practitioner of an equivalent level of training or experience.
Unsatisfactory Professional Performance means the knowledge, skill, attitude, behaviour or judgment possessed, or care exercised by, the medical practitioner, dental practitioner and allied health practitioner in the practice of their profession is below the standard reasonably expected of a medical practitioner, dental practitioner and allied health practitioner of an equivalent level of training or experience.
Unsatisfactory Professional Performance means the knowledge, skill or judgment possessed, or care exercised by, the Contractor in the provision of the Medical Services is below the standard reasonably expected of a Medical Practitioner of an equivalent level of training or experience. Working with Children Act or WWC Act means the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Act 2004 (WA).
