Unscheduled Principal Amount definition

Unscheduled Principal Amount. With respect to each Collateral Group and any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the amounts described in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the definition of Senior Principal Distribution Amount.

Unscheduled Principal Amount. The sum for each outstanding Mortgage Loan (including each defaulted Mortgage Loan, other than a Liquidated Loan, with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property has been acquired by the Trust Estate) of the product of (A) the Non-PO Fraction for such Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of the amounts described in clauses y(ii) and y(iii) of the definition of Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount, but without such amounts being multiplied by the Class A Prepayment Percentage.

Unscheduled Principal Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date and any Mortgage Pool, the amount described in clauses (ii) and (iii) (without application of the related Senior Prepayment Percentage) of the definition of Senior Principal Distribution Amount with respect to such Mortgage Pool.

Unscheduled Principal Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the sum of (a) with respect to each Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the amount of Liquidation Proceeds (excluding Excess Proceeds) allocable to principal received with respect to such Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and (b) all Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group received during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.

Unscheduled Principal Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (e) and (f) of the definition of "Principal Amount."
