Examples of Unwind Dates in a sentence
Aggregate Net Share Number: As of any date, the aggregate sum, for all Unwind Dates in the relevant Unwind Period occurring on or prior to such date, of the quotient (rounded to the nearest whole number) obtained by dividing (x) the Daily Cash Settlement Amount for such Unwind Date by (y) the Settlement Price for such Unwind Date.
Forward Cash Settlement Amount: The aggregate sum, for all Unwind Dates in the relevant Unwind Period, of the Daily Cash Settlement Amounts.
If the relevant Unwind Date is not listed in the Synthetic Instrument AIP Table, the amount in the preceding sentence shall be determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the Synthetic Instrument AIP Table, using a linear interpolation between the lower and higher Synthetic Instrument Adjusted Issue Prices for the Unwind Dates immediately preceding and immediately following the relevant Unwind Date.
If the Affected Unwind Date is not listed in the Synthetic Instrument AIP Table, the amount in the preceding sentence shall be determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the Synthetic Instrument AIP Table using a linear interpolation between the lower and higher Synthetic Instrument Adjusted Issue Prices per Convertible Note for the Affected Unwind Dates immediately preceding and immediately following the relevant Affected Unwind Date.
Unwind Dates: For any Settlement for which Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement is applicable, each Trading Day during the Unwind Period on which Dealer (or its agent or affiliate), as Hedging Party, purchases Shares in the market in connection with such Settlement.
