Examples of Upstream Licensors in a sentence

  • TESARO shall be solely responsible for the payment of royalties and other payments owed by TESARO to Upstream Licensors and any other Third Parties on account of the Development and Commercialization of the Licensed Product by ZAI in the Territory.

  • Each Party shall be solely responsible for making all payments owed by it to Third Parties, including, with respect to Verastem, the Upstream Licensors (in accordance with the terms of the Upstream License Agreements), and neither Party shall have any obligation to make any such payments on behalf of the other Party.
