Uptime Service Level definition

Uptime Service Level is defined in Section 8.
Uptime Service Level has the meaning attributed to it in Paragraph 2 of the SLA. “Year” means a period of 12 months commencing from: the Effective Date; or from an anniversary of the Effective Date
Uptime Service Level the uptime service level set out in the Contract (if any), identifying a percentage level of Availability per calendar month.

Examples of Uptime Service Level in a sentence

  • Any such reductions, and any unavailability of the Hosting Services arising out of such reductions, shall not be deemed to be unavailability for purposes of calculating Uptime under the Uptime Service Level.

  • The Supplier shall provide at least a 99% uptime service availability level (Uptime Service Level) for the Services.

  • The Supplier shall provide at least a 99.5% uptime service availability level (Uptime Service Level).

  • Customer’s termination right set out in Section 17.1.4 of this Agreement shall be Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in connection with the occurrence of any Uptime Service Level defaults.

  • If Availability falls below the Uptime Service Level (as defined above) in a given month, the Supplier shall credit the Customer's account (Service Credit) for that month by an amount calculated as follows: 2 x (1 – Availability/ Maximum Availability) x the total Monthly Usage Fees due for that month.

  • Unified Software shall provide at least a 99.99% uptime service availability level (Uptime Service Level).


More Definitions of Uptime Service Level

Uptime Service Level has the meaning given to it in paragraph 4.1. Working Hours: between 09:00 and 17:30 (UK time) on Business Days.

Related to Uptime Service Level

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.
