Fibre and Wireless Combined: the 100% Uptime Target is subject to Luminet providing both the Fibre and Wireless Services as a single service (100% SLA Service).
You must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that a minimum uptime of 99% per Year is maintained across all of your chargers co-funded under the NSW Government EV kerbside charging grants program, for a period of 3 years following the installation of the last co- funded charger (Uptime Target).

The Uptime Target shall not apply in the event of any causes beyond the reasonable control of Jama or its hosting provider, including, without limitation, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network congestion, denial of service attacks, failure of the internet generally, or any actions or inactions of Customer or any third party.
