Uptime Target definition

Uptime Target means the target of uptime of the Fleet determined in accordance with the Operational SLA and the Strategic SLA excluding downtime occasioned by Operator Default, Scheduled Maintenance or insurable accidents or incidents not attributable to the fault of the Service Provider and which shall operate as follows: Year 1 85% Year 2 90% Years 3 – 5 95%
Uptime Target means that the total periods of Unavailability in any calendar month shall be equal to or less than 0.01% of the time in such month; provided that, in accordance with Section C.3 below, Scheduled Downtime shall not be counted as time during which Itrica’s Services and Client’s virtual resources are Unavailable for purposes of determining whether the Uptime Target has been achieved with respect to any calendar month.
Uptime Target means the target time for Cybernet’s Services to be available after taking into account the impact of exclusions mentioned in Clause 4 of this document. Capitalised words and expressions used in this SLA, and not defined herein, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

Examples of Uptime Target in a sentence

  • Fibre and Wireless Combined: the 100% Uptime Target is subject to Luminet providing both the Fibre and Wireless Services as a single service (100% SLA Service).

  • You must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that a minimum uptime of 99% per Year is maintained across all of your chargers co-funded under the NSW Government EV kerbside charging grants program, for a period of 3 years following the installation of the last co- funded charger (Uptime Target).

  • The Service is provided with an Uptime Target of 99.9% for each calendar month.

  • When the Outage is Resolved such that service is restored to levels consistent with the Uptime Target the elapsed time will be the “Outage Time”.

  • If the Annuncio Servers, Software and related --------------------------- Services are available less than 90% of the time (excluding scheduled maintenance and backups each day ("Uptime Target"), then Annuncio shall credit Customer for the unavailable time by extending the term of this Agreement one day, without additional charge, for each day in which the Uptime Target is not met.

  • If the actual uptime of Benchmark ESG is less than the Uptime Target in any calendar month, Benchmark Digital will provide Customer with a service credit (“Service Credit”) equal to a percentage of Customer’s monthly subscription fees as set forth on the table below (calculated on a straight line pro-rated basis with respect to any fees paid in advance).

  • Itrica shall provide Client with a Service Credit against invoiced charges based on the following credit calculation – One hour of Service Credit Basis fees for each five minute period of Unavailability below the Uptime Target.

  • The Uptime Target shall not apply in the event of any causes beyond the reasonable control of Jama or its hosting provider, including, without limitation, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network congestion, denial of service attacks, failure of the internet generally, or any actions or inactions of Customer or any third party.

  • If the Annuncio Servers, Software, and/or --------------------------- related Services are available less than 90% of the time (excluding scheduled maintenance and backups each day ("Uptime Target"), then Annuncio shall credit ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo for the unavailable time by extending the term of this Agreement one day, without additional charge, for each day in which the Uptime Target is not met.

  • Itrica shall provide Client with a Service Credit against invoiced charges based on the following credit calculation – One hour of Service Credit Basis fees for each five- minute period of Unavailability below the Uptime Target.

Related to Uptime Target

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Uptime means the time period when specified services are available with specified technical and service standards as mentioned in section titled WARRANTY SUPPORT” "%Uptime" means ratio of 'up time' (in minutes) as mentioned in section titled “Warranty support”

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.
