The "Usage Factor" is the ratio in any month of the Customer's maximum metered demand to the sum of the contract demands, as adjusted for losses, for all categories of Authority power allocated to the facility in such month; provided however, that the sum of said contract demands shall not include any quantity of power temporarily assigned for use by others or with respect to which the Authority has received from the Customer a notice of reduction or termination pursuant to contract.
Failure to complete the Fuel Usage Factor Adjustment Form will result in using 2.90 gallons per ton as the Fuel Usage Factor for Diesel for the asphalt items noted above.
