Use Level definition

Use Level means the maximum permitted use level for each Use Type, as specified in the applicable Notification Form.
Use Level means the license use meter or model (which may include operating system, hardware system, application or machine tier limitations, if applicable) by which Symantec measures, prices and licenses the right to use the Licensed Software, in effect at the time an order is placed for such Licensed Software, as indicated in this License Agreement and the applicable License Instrument.
Use Level has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 below.

Examples of Use Level in a sentence

  • Any Product Updates/Upgrades to an existing license do not modify or alter Your Use Level and are provided under Symantec’s then-current applicable policies.

  • Product Updates/Upgrades to the Licensed Software may only be obtained for the Use Level indicated in the applicable Entitlement Confirmation(s).

  • Maintenance is made available only for the specific Software, for the Use Level, and Maintenance term stated in the applicable Order Confirmation.

  • If Content Updates are included in the Maintenance product that You have purchased, You are granted the right to receive and use such Content Updates as and when they are made generally available, for the Maintenance term, and for the Use Level, indicated on the applicable Entitlement Confirmation.

  • You must purchase the same Maintenance product for the aggregate Use Level of the corresponding Licensed Software.

Use Level means the license use model (which may include, but not be limited to, by Computer, console, operating system, hardware system, application, CPU, key, User, server, Virtual Machines, machine tier limitations, as applicable) by which Trend Micro measures, prices and licenses the right to use the Software and/or Services, in effect at the time an order is placed for such Software or Services, as indicated in this Agreement and the applicable License Instrument.
Use Level means the unit of measurement or model, by which Symantec measures, prices and sells the right to access and use a Service, as indicated in the Subscription Instrument.
Use Level means the license use meter or model (which may include operating system, hardware system, application or machine tier limitations, if applicable) by which Veritas measures, prices and licenses the right to use the Licensed Software, in effect at the time an order is placed for such Licensed Software, as indicated in this License Agreement and the applicable License Instrument.
Use Level means the purchased Product entitlement(s) under the license model(s) by which Company measures, prices and offers the Products to Customer as set forth at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ or ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/.
Use Level means the license unit of measurement or model, including operating system or machine tier limitation, if applicable, by which Veritas measures, prices and sells the right to use a given Licensed Software product, in effect at the time an order is placed, as indicated in the applicable Addendum, Certificate or ▇▇▇▇, in that order of precedence.
Use Level means the quantity of the Software or Maintenance that You have been authorized to use or access as indicated in the applicable Order Confirmation. Use Level is based on the license use meter and model (which may include operating system, hardware system, application or machine tier limitations, if applicable) by which Symantec measures and licenses the right to use the Software and Maintenance. The applicable use meter and model options are defined in each Product Use Rights Supplement.
Use Level means the purchased Service entitlement(s) under the license model(s) by which Citrix measures, prices and offers the Services to Customer as set forth at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/buy/licensing/product.html.
