Examples of Use of Data in a sentence
The provisions of Sections 10 (Tax Withholding and Tax Relief), 17 (Standard of Care and Liability), 20 (Indemnity), 21 (Obligations of the Client-Fees), 23 (Creditors Rights), 24 (Confidentiality and Use of Data) and 25.3 (Actions on Termination) are continuing obligations and will survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Data User will ensure that such agreements require compliance with applicable provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the following Sections 3 Rights of Use of Data, 4 Data Access, 5 Confidentiality of Data, 6 Subject Protection, 7 Reporting and Use of Results and 8 Publication.
The restrictions on the Secondary Use of Data contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Participation Agreement are also specifically incorporated into this Agreement.
CE is a Business Associate of certain other Covered Entities and, pursuant to such obligations of CE, Associate shall comply with the following restrictions on the use and disclosure of Protected Information: No additional restrictions on Use of Data.
Use of Data or any feature provided through a ▇▇▇▇▇ product or service is at the Customer’s own risk and is intended as a reference tool only.
Sections 3 (Additional Conditions of Use), 4 (Fees), 5 (Confidential Information and Use of Data), 6 (Ownership), 8 (Warranties and Representations), 9 (Liability), 10 (Termination and Suspension), 11 (Verification) and 12 (General Provisions) survive termination or expiration of this ▇▇▇▇.
The following sections, together with any other terms necessary for the interpretation orenforcement of this Agreement, will survive termination of this Agreement: 4.2 (Privacy and Use of Data), 5.5 (Termination Obligations), 7 (Confidentiality), 8 (Intellectual Property Rights), 9 (Warranties; Exclusions: Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 14.5 (Governing Law), 14.6 (Jurisdiction), 15 (Definitions and Interpretation) and this Section 14.13 (Survival).
In these circumstances, the Provider recognises that HESA will use its discretion acting reasonably and applying its professional judgement to make the determination as to which Category of Onward Use of Data should be applied to the application.
The scope of this Attachment only provides the Contractor with access and Permissible Use of Data; it does not establish an agency relationship or independent contractor relationship between HCA and the Contractor.
In addition to the Core Terms are specific terms that apply only to certain Statutory Subscriber Categories, and certain Optional Services Subscription Categories and where Categories of Onward Use of Data have been selected by the Provider.
