Use of Service definition

Use of Service means a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, time-limited right to use the Picus Platform Products or Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Use of Service means and include but not limited to, all the Customers dialling the dedicated number of the Company or visiting the official website of the Company or downloading the Mobile Application or availing of the Services from the street side or dedicated pick-up locations of the Company.

Examples of Use of Service in a sentence

  • Use of Service across any network transport other than that defined above shall absolve LightEdge of any liability should Service be adversely affected.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).
