User Query definition

User Query means data entered into a computer by an end user of a Search Engine for the purpose of operating the Search Engine.
User Query means a query which has been made by a user and received on the Better You Travel Portal;
User Query means a query from an Online User (including, in the case of any Online User, (1) a User Query from a different Online User, and (2) a User Query from the same Online User that was performed at an earlier time). (jj) “White Label Site” has the meaning set forth in Section 2(c).

Examples of User Query in a sentence

  • Orbitz may use Cached Information on any Orbitz Site (for example, without limitation, for predictive calendars, fare graphs and similar uses), so long as (I) the Online User is unable to obtain the details of an itinerary, or information about any other or similar itineraries, without going to an Orbitz Site and performing a User Query; and (II) the purpose of such functionality is to cause an Online User to perform a User Query and to promote booking of a PNR by an Online User.

  • In providing search results in response to a User Query, Orbitz (and any Orbitz White Label Customer and any Third Party Site) may only use information obtained as a result of a Live Query.

  • To transmit to Users via the Web the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Search Result Content along with other Search Results obtained from other search engines in response to a User Query on the Company Websites pursuant to the format and other terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

  • For each End User Query, Company will send to Local the applicable search terms, Company’s affiliate ID (as provided to Company by Local), and any other information necessary for Local to process the End User Query and provide appropriate Listings to Company.

  • Where Local returns Listings in response to an End User Query on the Search Results Page of the Company Products, Company agrees to display the Listings in the order provided by Local, including as may be agreed to in advance in writing by Local.

  • As used herein: “Live Query” means a Query to the ITA Technology that directly results from and relates to a User Query.

Related to User Query

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Brand Content Policy means, collectively, ▇▇▇▇▇’s content policy referenced in Exhibit A and any other policy, guidelines, terms of use, terms of service, code of conduct, or instructional materials provided or made available by Brand or any of its affiliates to Influencer from time to time.

  • CNAM Query means a Query that allows CLEC to query a Calling Name Database for Calling Name Information in order to deliver that information to CLEC’s local CNDS subscribers.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.
