Examples of Using Member in a sentence

  • Two representatives shall be from the Board of Directors, one of whom shall serve as the Chair; two representatives from the Transmission Owning Member sector as nominated by the Corporate Governance Committee; and two representatives from the Transmission Using Member sector as nominated by the Corporate Governance Committee.

  • Three representatives shall be from the Board of Directors; four representatives from the Transmission Owning Member sector as nominated by the Corporate Governance Committee; and four representatives from the Transmission Using Member sector as nominated by the Corporate Governance Committee.

  • While OCEA-N holds the Using Member responsible for OTR, each Provider is free to establish unique OTR terms with their respective Users.

  • Upon the expiration of the term of office of the Chair, the Vice Chair shall become the Chair for a term of two years, and the Regional Transmission Committee shall choose a new Vice Chair, who shall be a Representative of a Transmission Owning Member if the new Chair is a Representative of a Transmission Using Member, and vice versa.

  • If during the term of office of the Chair or the Vice Chair the status of the Member of which either is a Representative changes from Transmission Using Member to Transmission Owning Member or vice versa, the office held by the Representative whose Member changed status shall become vacant, and a new election held to fill the unexpired term of that office in accordance with the diversity requirements specified in this Section 8.8.

  • Founding Member means any individual who is either:

  • Trading Member means a Person who has been approved by Nadex to trade directly and not through a FCM Member on the Market, and does not include any FCM Member.

  • Selling Member has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(a).

  • Purchasing Member means a municipal utility which purchases electricity from a municipal electric cooperative association of which it is a member.

  • Initiating Member shall have the meaning provided in Section 15.2(a).
