Value of the Portfolio definition

Value of the Portfolio means the aggregate of the values of the assets of the Portfolio of the Series at the close of business on a Business Day. The aggregate of the values of the assets shall be calculated by taking the value of securities held in the Portfolio of the Series, plus any cash or other assets (including dividends payable and declared but not collected) less all liabilities (including accrued expenses, but excluding capital and surplus);
Value of the Portfolio means the sum of the (NAV per Class I Unit of each Fund multiplied by the number of such Class I Units in the Portfolio).
Value of the Portfolio means, on any Business Day after the Issue Date, the sum of the products obtained by multiplying the Closing Prices of the Shares in the Portfolio, as applicable, by the corresponding number of Shares of the relevant Companies, for the relevant series of Notes.

Examples of Value of the Portfolio in a sentence

  • If this position changes and the Company obtains a repayment of foreign tax in respect of a Portfolio, the Net Asset Value of the Portfolio will not be restated and the benefit will be allocated to the then-existing Shareholders in the Portfolio rateably at the time of repayment.

  • Similarly, any hedging based on faulty Models and Data may prove to be unsuccessful and when determining the Net Asset Value of the Portfolio, any valuations of the Portfolio’s investments that are based on valuation Models may prove to be incorrect.

  • As such the Portfolio may be substantially over-exposed to the investment strategy (depending on the size of the amount of subscription monies in question relative to the Net Asset Value of the Portfolio) and whilst the Directors have the right to make an adjustment prior to the next Subscription Dealing Deadline in their sole, absolute discretion, in the ordinary course such adjustment will only be made on the next Subscription Dealing Deadline.

  • The Borrower will not permit the aggregate Value of the Portfolio Investments that can be converted to Cash in fewer than 10 Business Days without more than a 5% change in price to be less than 10% of the Covered Debt Amount for more than 30 Business Days during any period when the Adjusted Covered Debt Balance is greater than 90% of the Adjusted Borrowing Base.

  • The Borrower will not permit the aggregate Value of the Portfolio Investments that are Cash (excluding Cash Collateral for outstanding Letters of Credit) or that can be converted to Cash in fewer than 10 Business Days without more than a 5% change in price to be less than 10% of the Covered Debt Amount for more than 30 Business Days during any period when the Adjusted Covered Debt Balance is greater than 90% of the Adjusted Borrowing Base.

  • As such the Portfolio may be substantially over-exposed to the investment strategy (d epending o n the size of the amount of subscription monies in question relative to the Net Asset Value of the Portfolio) and whilst the Directors have the right to make an adjustment prior to the next Subscription Dealing Deadline in their sole, absolute discretion, in the ordinary course such adjustment will only be made on the next Subscription Dealing Deadline.

  • These calculations shall be used to determine the Value of the CREF Minimum Production Requirement for one of Subcontractor’s CREFs under this Subcontract and the Value of the Portfolio Aggregate Minimum Production Requirement for Subcontractor’s Portfolio under this Subcontract.

  • The Portfolio Appraisal shall be used to determine the Appraised Value of the Portfolio (including, without limitation, the Carried Interest Distributions) in accordance with Section 5.3.

  • The Borrower will not at any time permit the sum of (i) the aggregate Value of the Portfolio Investments that are Cash (excluding Cash Collateral for outstanding Letters of Credit) or that can be converted to Cash in fewer than 10 Business Days without more than a 5% change in price, plus (ii) the total amount available to be borrowed by Borrower under Section 2.01(a), to be less than $10,000,000.

Related to Value of the Portfolio

  • Value of Contract means the sum accepted or the sum calculated in accordance with the prices accepted in Tender and/or the Contract rates as payable to the Contractor for the entire execution and full completion of the work.

  • Eligible Portfolio Investment means any Portfolio Investment held by any Obligor (and solely for purposes of determining the Borrowing Base, Cash (other than Cash Collateral) and Cash Equivalents held by any Obligor) that, in each case, meets all of the criteria set forth on Schedule 1.01(c) hereto; provided, that no Portfolio Investment, Cash or Cash Equivalent shall constitute an Eligible Portfolio Investment or be included in the Borrowing Base if the Collateral Agent does not at all times maintain a first priority, perfected Lien (subject to no other Liens other than Eligible Liens) on such Portfolio Investment, Cash or Cash Equivalent or if such Portfolio Investment, Cash or Cash Equivalent has not been or does not at all times continue to be Delivered (as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that any Portfolio Investments that have been contributed or sold, purported to be contributed or sold or otherwise transferred to any Financing Subsidiary, Immaterial Subsidiary, CFC, Transparent Subsidiary or any other Person that is not a Subsidiary Guarantor, or held by any Financing Subsidiary, Immaterial Subsidiary, CFC, Transparent Subsidiary or any other Person that is not a Subsidiary Guarantor shall not be treated as Eligible Portfolio Investments until distributed, sold or otherwise transferred to any Obligor free and clear of all Liens (other than Eligible Liens). Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall limit the provisions of Section 5.12(b)(i), which provide that, for purposes of this Agreement, all determinations of whether an Investment is to be included as an Eligible Portfolio Investment shall be determined on a Settlement-Date Basis, provided that no such Investment shall be included as an Eligible Portfolio Investment to the extent it has not been paid for in full.

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Market Value Average means, as of any day, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the average of the Selected Fleet Market Value as of the preceding Determination Date and the two Determination Dates precedent thereto and the denominator of which is the sum of (a) the average of the aggregate Net Book Value of all Non-Program Vehicles (excluding (i) any Unaccepted Program Vehicles, (ii) any Excluded Redesignated Vehicles and (iii) any other Non-Program Vehicles that are subject to a Manufacturer Program with an Eligible Non-Program Manufacturer with respect to which no Manufacturer Event of Default has occurred and is continuing) and (b) the average of the aggregate Adjusted Net Book Value of all Adjusted Program Vehicles, in the case of each of clause (a) and (b) leased under the AESOP I Operating Lease and the Finance Lease as of the preceding Determination Date and the two Determination Dates precedent thereto.
