Variable Interest Rate definition

Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;
Variable Interest Rate means a variable interest rate to be borne by any Permitted Debt. The method of computing such variable interest rate shall be specified in the Supplemental Indenture pursuant to which such Permitted Debt is incurred. Such Supplemental Indenture shall also specify either (a) the particular period or periods of time for which each value of such variable interest rate shall remain in effect, or (b) the time or times upon which any change in such variable interest rate shall become effective.
Variable Interest Rate means a variable interest rate to be borne by any Obligations. The method of computing such variable interest rate shall be specified in the Obligation Document pursuant to which such Obligations are incurred. Such Obligation Document shall also specify either (a) the particular period or periods of time for which each value of such variable interest rate shall remain in effect or (b) the time or times upon which any change in such variable interest rate shall become effective.

  • As of the Effective Date of a change in the Base Rate, Lakes shall adjust the monthly installments of principal and interest as of the installment next following the Effective Date so that the then unpaid principal balance would be amortized in full at the revised Variable Interest Rate five years after such commencement of gaming.

Variable Interest Rate means the rate or rates of interest to be borne by a Series of Bonds or any one or more maturities within a Series of Bonds which is or may be varied from time to time in accordance with the method of computing such interest rate or rates specified in the Series Resolution authorizing such Bonds or the Series Certificate relating to such Bonds, which shall be based on (i) a percentage or percentages or other function of an objectively determinable interest rate or rates (e.g., a prime lending rate) which may be in effect from time to time or at a particular time or times or (ii) a stated interest rate that may be changed from time to time as provided in the Series Resolution authorizing such Bonds or the Series Certificate relating to such Bond; provided, however, that such variable interest rate may be subject to a Maximum Interest Rate and a Minimum Interest Rate and that there may be an initial rate specified, in each case as provided in such Series Resolution or a Series Certificate; provided, further, that such Series Resolution or Series Certificate shall also specify either (x) the particular period or periods of time or manner of determining such period or periods of time for which each variable interest rate shall remain in effect or (y) the time or times at which any change in such variable interest rate shall become effective or the manner of determining such time or times;
