Variable Registry-‐level Fee definition
Variable Registry-‐level Fee means the variable accreditation fee described in the Registry Agreement between ICANN and the Registry.
Coupon Barrier Value means, in respect of a ST Coupon Valuation Date, Worst Value.
Coupon Barrier means 100%.
Digital Signal Level 3 (DS-3) means the 44.736 Mbps third level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
Resettlement Framework or “RF” means the resettlement framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;
Auction Final Price means the price, if any, determined to be the Auction Final Price pursuant to Section 12 of these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms (expressed as a percentage, in increments equal to the Relevant Pricing Increment, of the outstanding principal balance, rather than the face amount, of Deliverable Obligations).
