Vendor Systems definition

Vendor Systems means any Vendor owned computer hardware or software, application database or network elements / appliance or such other systems as may be agreed in writing from time to time by TSP and the Vendor.
Vendor Systems means any computer, computer network, computer application, imaging device, storage device or media, mobile computing device or any other information technology, hardware or software that is owned, leased or controlled by Vendor or operated by a third party for or on behalf of Vendor that uses, creates, stores, accesses, Processes or transmits Gallagher Personal Data and/or Confidential Information and/or is connected to or otherwise interacts with Gallagher IT Systems.
Vendor Systems means the information technology infrastructure, including all computers, software, databases, electronic systems and networks used by or for Vendor to access the CWT Systems or otherwise in connection with the Services. "Work Product" any work product, reports, documents, IPR, bespoke software and/or solution development created by Vendor pursuant to this Agreement principally for CWT or which would not have been developed or created, without financial support from CWT.

  • The Vendor shall use physical and electronic security measures to protect TSP Systems, TSP Information and areas where work is undertaken or where Vendor Systems provide Access.

  • In addition, Vendor will monitor, evaluate, and adjust, as appropriate, the Information Security Program in light of any relevant changes in technology or industry security standards, the sensitivity of SPE Data, internal or external threats to Vendor Systems, SPE Systems or SPE Data requirements of applicable work orders, and Vendor’s own changing business arrangements, such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures, outsourcing arrangements, and changes to information systems.

  • Vendor will implement and maintain hardware, software, and/or procedural mechanisms that record and examine activity in Vendor Systems that contain or use electronic information, including appropriate logs and reports concerning the security requirements set forth in this SPE DP & Info Sec Rider and compliance therewith.

Vendor Systems means Vendor’s information systems, applications, databases, infrastructure, platforms, and networks (a) utilized to provide the Services, (b) collecting, storing, processing, transmitting, accessing or using SPE Data, and/or (c) with access to, connection to, use of or otherwise interacting with SPE Systems.
