Verification Agents definition

Verification Agents means independent entities to be engaged by the Recipient for the purposes of certifying the achievement of the DLRs as referred to in Section I.B.4(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Client understands that Verifiers are charged for commercial verifications processed through ADP or its Verification Agents.

  • Without limitation on other reporting obligations under Section III of the Schedule to this Agreement, the Implementing Entity shall, not later than September 30 of each year during the Operation implementation period, furnish reports to the Recipient, for further transmission to the Association, on the status of achievement of the relevant DLRs in accordance with the Verification Protocols and as verified by the Independent Verification Agent(s).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Client agrees that, after the termination of this Agreement, ADP and its Verification Agents may maintain archival copies of the Verification Data as needed to show the discharge and fulfillment of obligations to Client’s employees and former employees and the confidentiality provisions in the Agreement will continue to apply during the time that ADP and its Verification Agents maintain any such archival copies.

  • If requested by ADP, Client agrees to work with ADP during implementation to produce a test file and validate the Verification Data using validation reports made available by ADP or its Verification Agents.

  • Not later than two (2) months after the Effective Date, the Recipient, through the Ministry of Energy, shall ensure Verification Agent(s) are appointed to carry out, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, a verification review of Project implementation.


More Definitions of Verification Agents

Verification Agents means the Audit Bureau, or an independent verification agency or agencies, satisfactory to the Bank, hired under the Project to certify the achievement of the DLIs as referred to in Section III.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
