Verification Notes definition

Verification Notes means the verification notes relating to the Hong Kong Prospectus, copies of which have been signed and approved by, among others, the Directors;
Verification Notes means the verification notes in the agreed form confirming the accuracy of information contained in the Admission Document together with copies of the documents contained in the files comprising the verification support documents as referred to in such verification notes;
Verification Notes means the questions prepared in order to verify the information contained in the Listing Document together with the answers and supporting documents thereto, copies of which have been signed and approved by the Directors; and

Examples of Verification Notes in a sentence

  • Two originals of the signing pages of the Verification Notes of the Company and all Directors.

  • All expressions of opinion, belief, intention or expectation contained in the Verification Notes are truly and honestly held and have been made on reasonable grounds after due and careful enquiry.

More Definitions of Verification Notes

Verification Notes means together, the verification notes prepared for the purpose of substantiating the statements and information contained in the Company Presentation and the marked-up verification notes on the Final Prospectus prepared for the purposes of substantiating certain of the statements and information contained in the Final Prospectus, together in each case with all supporting documents referred to therein as initialled by each director of the Company;
