Vessel 1 Assignment of Contracts means the second-priority (junior only to the Liens of the secured creditors under the Breakaway One Facility and pari passu with the Liens of the secured creditors under the Other Term Loan Facility) legal assignment in favor of the Collateral Agent of all of Breakaway One’s present and future interests in and benefits under the Vessel 1 Construction Contract (as modified, supplemented or amended from time to time).

  • Assignment of Contracts shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.07.
