Voting Procedure definition

Voting Procedure has the meaning given to that term in Clause 12.1.
Voting Procedure. A “quorum” of the JP is defined as three (3) HTA 4 members and two (2) District members present at the meeting. The JP 5 shall take action by consensus, which is defined as a minimum of four (4) 6 affirmative votes.
