Voting Record definition

Voting Record means a document which combines elements of the “poll book” (described in s. 2(1)(dd) of the Act) and the “voters list” (defined in s. 2(1)(rr) of the Act.
Voting Record means the register of electors who have cast their vote and contains the voters list and information relating to the ballot.

  • Upon the written request of an Owner of a Receipt as of the Voting Record Date, received on or before the Instruction Date, the Depositary shall endeavor, in so far as practicable, to vote or cause to be voted the number of Shares or other Deposited Securities represented by the American Depositary Shares evidenced by such Receipt in accordance with the instructions set forth in such request.
