Holders of a majority of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes shall during the period set forth in Section 6.4(b)(ii) have the exclusive right to appoint two directors of the Board of Directors at a meeting therefor called upon occurrence of such Voting Rights Triggering Event and at every subsequent meeting at which the terms of office of the directors so elected expire.
